Behind every production is a better plan.
The most important part of our job is simply listening, and making sure we've heard you correctly. Our Production Plan includes three sections: A Production Brief, or 'big picture' view; Functional Requirements, or how the Production will be used to achieve its goals; and Resource Specifications, which includes all technical and qualitative Requirements.
